Explore the Model Work With UsWhat We Do
We work in focused, high-impact partnership. We work not as a vendor, but as a strategic thought partner embedded in your most critical leadership challenges.
We work alongside your leadership to define where the organization needs to go and build the people, processes, and systems to get there. From strategic planning to operational design, we make sure your structure supports your ambition.
A structured assessment of where your organization stands across Strategy, Leadership, and Talent. We identify the gaps, what's driving them, and what needs to change, connecting every recommendation to data, analytics, and measurable business outcomes so you can track the return on every decision.
Strategy without execution is just a plan. We help organizations streamline how work gets done, eliminate the friction that slows performance, and build the operational discipline that turns good strategy into consistent, measurable results.
Practical, high-impact development for the leaders who drive your business. We build the skills, behaviors, and mindsets that translate strategy into results, grounded in the real challenges your leaders face every day, not a generic program off a shelf.
When a team isn't performing, the problem is rarely the individuals. We work with leadership teams to improve alignment, decision-making, communication, and accountability so the group performs at the level the business needs.
The right people in the right roles, ready at the right time. We help organizations build talent pipelines, identify high-potential leaders, and create clear development paths that reduce risk and keep the business moving forward.
Culture is not what you put on a wall. It is what your people experience every day. We help organizations close the gap between where the culture is and where it needs to be, building the norms, behaviors, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies that make transformation real and lasting.
AI is changing how organizations operate, how leaders lead, and how people work. We help businesses move beyond the hype and build a practical AI strategy, prepare their workforce for what's changing, and create the adoption plans that make the technology actually stick.
High-stakes, one-on-one partnership for leaders navigating complex decisions, transitions, or performance challenges. We work directly with executives and business owners to sharpen thinking, strengthen presence, and build the clarity and confidence to lead at their best.
Proprietary Methodology
A proprietary framework for diagnosing and elevating organizational performance, built for leaders who need clarity, not complexity.
Is the organization clear on where it is going and why? Strategy at the executive level isn't just planning. It's the shared operating logic that makes aligned action possible.
Do the leaders in place have the capability, clarity, and influence to drive strategy forward? Leadership is the multiplier, and sometimes the constraint, on every organizational initiative.
Is the right talent in the right roles, developed, engaged, and aligned to performance? Talent is the living infrastructure of strategy. Without it, the rest is aspiration.
Insights
Perspectives on strategy, leadership, and talent from the practitioner's seat, for leaders navigating high-stakes organizational challenges.
Most advisors don't struggle with leadership because they lack skill. They struggle because they apply the right skills in the wrong way. AI will change how advisors work, but it won't change why people follow them.
Accountability isn't a system. It's a set of behaviors, practiced by leaders, modeled publicly, and reinforced until they become cultural. We break down what that looks like at the top.
Talent flight from senior leadership pipelines is rarely about compensation. It's a signal, and understanding it requires looking at Clarity, Culture, and the leadership behaviors driving both.
Our Story
"People don't grow because they're told what to do. They grow because they trust who is guiding them."
For 20+ years, I built strategy, developed leaders, and turned organizational priorities into measurable results as a senior executive at a Fortune 100 company. I worked at the highest levels of a complex, national organization, partnering with leadership to define where the business needed to go, and then building the people, systems, and capabilities to get it there.
At scale, that meant leading enterprise transformation and change management across complex, matrixed organizations. Driving go-to-market strategy and business development that delivered measurable growth. Building sales enablement and field productivity systems that changed how advisors performed in real client conversations. Overseeing operations, process improvement, and end-to-end project management across large-scale initiatives, from planning through execution. Orchestrating cross-functional teams across product, technology, distribution, and HR to launch tools, platforms, and programs that stuck. And using data and AI to make all of it smarter, faster, and more effective. The work was always connected to real business outcomes: retention, revenue, productivity, and growth.
What I do differently is translate complexity into clarity. I work at both ends of the spectrum: defining strategy with leaders and making it practical enough for their teams to execute. Most organizations don't struggle with ideas; they struggle with turning ideas into action. That space, between thinking and doing, between strategy and results, is where I do my best work. Because a plan that can't be acted on isn't a plan at all.
54 Grand Advisory exists because I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations with solid strategies and talented people who still weren't performing. Not because they lacked ambition. It was because something in the gap between strategy and execution was broken. My job, and my passion, is to find that gap and close it.
And I know this world because I lived it. I started my career as a financial advisor, sitting across from clients, building trust, and helping them navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives. That foundation shaped everything that came after. Whether I am working with financial advisors, business owners, or leadership teams inside large organizations, the insight is the same: people perform when they are clear on the direction, trust who is leading them, and have the tools and support to execute. That is what I build, regardless of the industry or the size of the organization.
